Showcasing Quality Improvement Initiatives

1. Category: The participant may choose to participate in any or all of the following categories within this competition

  1. Innovation in Process
  2. Innovation in Product
  3. Innovation in Service
  4. Kaizen Implementation
  5. Quality Best Practices Implementation


2. Eligibility:
  • Open to all organisations or institutions


    • 3. Instructions:
    1. Submissions must include the theme title (as mentioned above), problem statement, root cause analysis, solution analysis, methodology/tools used, before-and-after scenarios (with pictures), tangible and intangible benefits, and any other relevant details
    2. Organizations can submit a 15-second video showcasing improvements in their activities, processes, or productivity. If the video exceeds the limit, include a link to the uploaded video in the report.
    3. Include 'before' and 'after' photos in the report to show improvements within the organisation or institute
    4. Include descriptions of benefits achieved with images and videos, highlighting the organisation's performance excellence and the quality tools used.


    4. Note:
    1. Maximum of 1 entry per user is allowed.
    2. Entries must be submitted using the provided Kaizen sheet template (see Annexure 1).
