About Us

Gunvatta Pakhwada is a flagship initiative under the Quality Bharat Mission of the Quality Council of India, proudly spearheaded by the National Board of Quality Promotion (NBQP). This two-week national campaign is dedicated to building a culture of quality and excellence through engaging competitions and improvement activities. Evolving from our previous Quality Month focused on youth, Gunvatta Pakhwada broadens its reach to include not only young minds but also professionals and organizations.

With the theme ‘Gunvatta se Sashakt Bharat, Viksit Bharat’ (गुणवत्ता सेसशक्त भारत, ववकवसत भारत), the Pakhwada runs from 14th to 28th November, aiming to embed a spirit of continuous improvement across sectors such as education, healthcare, manufacturing, and public administration. Our mission is clear: to make quality a daily practice that transforms lives, communities, and institutions nationwide. Key Objective

The objective of Gunvatta Pakhwada is to embed a deep-seated consciousness of quality in every Indian. Through interactive competitions and quality-driven activities, we aim to bring quality into everyday life, familiarizing participants with key standards and practices. With collective involvement, we work to foster excellence at every level, supporting India’s vision to become a global leader in quality by 2047.
